Philip J. Kotschenreuther

Philip J. Kotschenreuther, of counsel to the firm since 2004, graduated from Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland, where he was named to Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges. He also received the Wall Street Journal Award and Eco-nomics Medal. He earned his law degree from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1980, where he was awarded the American Jurisprudence Prize in Torts, the Margaret E. Coonan Memorial Book Prize, and the Judge W. Calvin Chestnut Prize for Scholarship in Law.

Mr. Kotschenreuther has been a regular contributor to Chesapeake Home and The Daily Record, writing on real estate, income taxes and estate planning. He has been a guest speaker at the Center for Professional Development at Loyola College, the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors, and the Maryland Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management, discussing real estate and income tax topics.

Mr. Kotschenreuther has served on various committees of the Greater Baltimore Board of Real-tors, the Eastern Baltimore Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Harford County Chamber of Commerce, and is a member of the American, Maryland State and Harford County Bar Associations. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Maryland.
